How to make healthy Manchurian Balls ?











Ingredients:

Wheat flour- 3 cup, cabbage (पत्ता गोबी), carrots (गाजर), spinach (पालक), green pepper (शिमला मिरची), onion, garlic, green chillies, mustard and cumin seeds, oil, salt.

Procedure:

1. Grate all the vegetables fine, you can add more green vegetables if you want.

2. Mix flour and all the vegetables and make a dough out of it, if you want it spicy then add red chili powder.

3. Make lemon size ball of this dough and fry it golden brown.

4. Serve hot with tomato sauce, its testy and healthy too.

Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.

Ingredients : Puffed Rice (मूरमूरे), jaggery (गुड) Procedure : 1. Take some jaggery melt it in a pan. 2. Now take puffed rice put it into the melted jaggery and try to make spherical ball like tennis ball. 3. Let it cool it will become hard get its crispiness. 4. Enjoy quick and healthy snack kids will love it, try it.
