How To Make Soupy Noodles at Home

Ingredients : Oil mustard seeds,garlic - 3 cloves, green chillies - 3 finely chopped,Capsicum - 1 small cup, cabbage - 1 small cup, carrots - 2 to 3 chopped, soya sauce - 1 table spoon, corn flour - 2 to 3 table spoon (depends upon how thick gravy),salt ,water , Maggie or any noodles (10 rs) Procedure : 1. Boil the Soupy Noodles collect the water in a bowl and keep it aside. 2. Cool the water now add soya sauce and Corn flour to it Mix it well and keep aside. 3. Take a pan put oil, mustard seeds,green chillies, garlic,and vegetables given above cook it well for 5 min. 4. Now add the corn flour mixture made before, wait for boil, now the gravy will become thick. 5. Now add Soupy Noodles to it and the seasoning (मसाला) provided with it. 6. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.

Dhokla Recipe

Ingredients:  Besan(Gram Flour)       -         1.5 cup Rava(Samolina)            -         3 Table spoon Sugar                              -        1 Table spoon Citric acid                      -         a pinch Baking Soda                   -        a pinch Oil                                   -        2 Table spoon Curry Leaves                  -         4- 5 Green Chilli                    -         1-2 Salt                                  -        To Taste Water                              -         as required Procedure:  1.Take a round mould (like cake) grease it  with oil. 2. Mix dhokla besan,rava,water,soda,oil,salt,sugar,citric acid  to get a thick batter. 3. Pour that dhokla batter in the mould and put it in cooker for steaming for 15 - 20 min.
