Ingredients:
Green Pea - 1 bowl,garlic - 4 to 5, green chillies - 3 to 4, coriender - for garnish, oil- 2 table spoon, cumin seeds and mustard seeds, salt - to taste.
Procedure:
1) Take green peas, garlic, green chillies, coriender leaves into a mixer jar and make a paste (not fine) so that there should be small pieces of peas and chilli.
2) Now take a pan add oil, cumin and mustard seeds after add the mixture made before and sotey it well after that add some salt to taste. Keep it on low flame for 5 minutes and serve it with roti or bhakri tastes very good.
Tip: You can make this chuteny with green toor dal(pegion peas) or green chana(chickpeas).
